Awards in the categories of Best Trainer, Best Coordinator and Quality Manager

Intelcia Portugal was distinguished at the gala of the Fortius Awards, held this Wednesday, March 29, with awards in the categories of Best Trainer, Best Coordinator and Best Quality Manager.

The Fortius Awards are organized annually by APCC (Portuguese Association of Contact Centers) and AproCS (Association of Customer Service Professionals), with the aim of recognizing the work and dedication of contact center professionals operating in our country. 

The awards are divided into five distinct categories: Best Coordinator/Contact Center Manager, Best Supervisor, Best Agent, Best Trainer, and Best Quality Manager.

Carla Marques, CEO of Intelcia Portugal, believes that "this recognition is due to the way we look at our human resources and their future, as a key to our success, and that they must be mobilized and motivated in this sense, realizing their central role in the organization. I congratulate the winners for their commitment and dedication and for believing in building their career with Intelcia Portugal.  Here we advocate the value "we dream" and we want to continue to meet their ambitions and dreams, contributing to their development.
In this edition, Intelcia Portugal had 10 finalists and ended up winning with a full podium, in the category of Best Quality Manager. 

The 1st place went to Pedro Abêbora, the second to Alexandra Pereira and, in third place, the distinction went to employee Paula Martins.
In the Best Trainer category, Intelcia got a silver distinction for Joana Castro and the bronze went to Eliana Silva. Finally, the employee Mirco Ramos was in third place in the category of Best Coordinator.
