Intelcia reinforces its position as global outsourcer with the acquisition of spanish group Unisono

Casablanca | Madrid, September 2nd 2021Intelcia announces the full acquisition of Spanish Group Unisono, a leading multinational in the customer experience and digital transformation space; this decision went into effect as of August 6th 2021 following approval from the board of directors of both companies.

Founded in Madrid in 1999, Unisono specializes in customer experience, business process outsourcing, digitization, automation and customer relationship consulting. Unisono has 9,000 employees spread over 16 sites in Spain, Colombia, Chile and the United Kingdom. In 2020, Unisono achieved a turnover of 146 million euros and has more than 100 clients in its portfolio. Unisono has established itself in the Spanish-speaking market thanks to its continuous investments in innovation and a multi-channel operating model dedicated to maximizing quality and customer experience.

This acquisition supports Intelcia’s development strategy which is focused on business and geographical diversification to become a global outsourcer. A shift that began in 2020 with the creation of the Intelcia IT Solutions pole and its establishment in the United States.

With the acquisition of Unisono, Intelcia expands its international footprint with new onshore, nearshore and offshore capacities to address the Spanish-speaking market. Intelcia expects to end 2021 with a revenue of 700 million euros, becoming one of the market leaders with 300 customers, 35,000 employees with 70 sites in 18 countries.
