Aware of the economic and social impact of the pandemic, the employees of Intelcia Morocco have fully mobilized alongside its leaders, to contribute to the benefit of those weakened by the pandemic by launching the Intelcia employees' solidarity fund on May 27.

Based on a voluntary approach, this initiative has raised a total of over 4 million dirhams. « This crisis has hit us hard. If we were lucky enough to keep our jobs, thousands of employees are now without pay and without resources. As a Moroccan citizen, I have mobilized with my colleagues; because together we can make a difference!», says Abdessamad Announ, Moroccan citizen and member of the Intelcia family.

The solidarity campaign set up under the motto "Citizen and member of the Intelcia family, in solidarity I commit ... #Nzidou N'damnou" was supported by thousands of employees across Intelcia's sites in Morocco. Several of them took the initiative to express their commitment, notably through video testimonials.

"Faced with this crisis and in a context of prolonged confinement, many families are now in great difficulty. It only takes a small contribution to help a person in need. It is our duty to contribute and help our compatriots," said Falilou Fall, a Senegalese citizen, Moroccan at heart and member of the Intelcia family.

With an overall participation rate of more than 45% (nearly 40% for agents and more than 90% for other functions of the company), the Intelcia employee solidarity fund has been the object of an unprecedented surge of generosity and civic commitment. In line with the Group's values: We Dream - We Care - We Do, it reinforces its conviction that the strength of collective commitment is a guarantee of success and its determination to fulfill its role as a socially responsible actor.

« As a company, our main responsibility has been to safeguard all our employees. We feel fortunate to have been able to guarantee our employees 100% of their salary in this particularly difficult context, to maintain the bond of trust and thus allow them to continue to work in complete serenity. As an Intelcia family, we also wanted to help those who were not so lucky, by contributing both individually and collectively to this fund, at all levels of the company. I am deeply grateful and proud of our employees' responsibility and citizenship », explains Karim Bernoussi, Moroccan citizen, member of the Intelcia family.

And Youssef El Aoufir, a Moroccan citizen and member of the Intelcia family, added: “We dream. We care. We do”. Through an individual contribution, our employees have chosen to become collective actors of this national solidarity movement and to spread the values of the Intelcia family.
