Casablanca, 28/04/2026 – Intelcia today confirms the official closing of its management buyout. The Group’s executive shareholders have finalised the acquisition of the 65% stake previously held by Altice, bringing Intelcia into full independent ownership and marking the start of a new phase in its development as a global outsourcing leader.

This milestone is the result of a decade of sustained growth that transformed Intelcia from a regional player into a global operator — present in 19 countries, serving 350+ clients, and built on the combined strength of customer experience, AI-enabled services, and IT expertise. Full ownership by the management team now gives the Group the freedom and agility to pursue its 2030 ambition: entering the global Top 10 as a multi-service outsourcer.
