Paris, 24 January 2023- Since January 1st, 2023, Coriolis Services' operations have been taken over by the global outsourcer Intelcia.
Coriolis Service, a customer relationship specialist founded in 1999 and a subsidiary of the alternative telecom operator Coriolis Telecom, currently manages 15 million consumers on behalf of various brands and has 4 sites, including 3 in France and 1 offshore site in Tunisia. With this deal, Coriolis Service joins one of the global leaders in outsourcing, present in France since 2011 with 7 sites and 2500 employees. This integration increases the number of sites in France to 10, spread between Dreux, Charleville-Mézières, Marseille, Lyon, Orleans, Champs-sur-Marne, Amiens, Laval, Angers and Neuilly-sur-Seine, with a total of 4,000 employees. Given the growth dynamic, the number of employees will increase in the next few months.
1,100 permanent hires are planned for the first half of 2023 on all Intelcia sites in France.
In addition, Coriolis Service teams will have the opportunity to evolve within the Intelcia group through our talent management, continuous training and mobility policy in France and worldwide in our 17 countries of presence.
Youssef El Aoufir, Deputy Group CEO & CEO French Market of Intelcia, states that " this deal allows Intelcia to become the 3rd* operator in France, in terms of revenue with nearly 400 million euros in 2021. In terms of number of positions, Intelcia becomes number 2 in the sector with approximately 17,000 positions serving French customers, including 3,500 in France. But beyond the numbers, our Group will be able to leverage the expertise that Coriolis Service has developed in the French market over the past 30 years. Moreover, this integration will strengthen the operational structure of the Intelcia Group to better serve its customers in different sectors and geographies, and capitalize on the Group's expertise and innovative spirit to deliver the best possible experience for its customers.
With the integration of Coriolis Service into Intelcia, the Group strengthens its presence in France and in the French-speaking market in general, and takes another step towards the achievement of its 2025 Vision: to become a global player in outsourcing with revenues reaching 1.5 billion euros.
