Casablanca, 10 June 2021 –Established in 2000, Intelcia has successfully evolved in two decades from a Moroccan SME into a global outsourcing player. With a presence on 3 continents (Africa, Europe, America), Intelcia has diversified its activities while continuing to expand its global footprint.
To mark these 20 years of great achievements, ambition, meetings, challenges and sharing, Intelcia has decided to celebrate this anniversary fully aligned with its values, and around 3 strong pillars: Recognition, Solidarity, and Transmission.


A campaign geared towards the communities

First of all, we are Grateful to our employees, those who have been with us since the very beginning, and all those who have joined the Intelcia adventure throughout these 20 years. The Intelcia success story has been driven by their commitment, their achievements and their exceptional mobilization.

They have all contributed to bringing the Group to its status as a global outsourcer. To celebrate this milestone, a special 20-year challenge has been launched, mobilizing all employees around the Group's values. At the end of the race, the Best Team, the Best Managers and the Best Individuals Contributors will be elected, with important rewards at stake. The challenges will be based on themes linked to the Group's three values, with the aim of getting employees to contribute to strategic challenges, with a "solution provider" attitude.

The second priority focuses on Solidarity, with the communities of the Intelcia ecosystem. In this respect, a partnership has just been signed with the Moroccan Student Foundation (FME) to support underprivileged students in their higher education. This partnership, which covers several classes of students, aims to give these young graduates every opportunity to develop their skills and make their contribution to building the Morocco of tomorrow.

This new partnership builds on the skill-based sponsorship program set up to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Based on skill-based sponsorship, this initiative consists of supporting startups, social enterprises, associations, etc. by providing them with the Group's expertise in its core businesses (customer relations, ITO, digital marketing, etc.). Beyond solidarity, Intelcia promotes the sustainability of entrepreneurial businesses. In Morocco, for example, Intelcia has set up for Kezakoo, a startup operating in the education sector, management and customer relationship monitoring tools for its orientation and personal development activities with students. Another example: Logidoo, a digital logistics platform connecting African countries, and for which the Group offered its expertise in customer service, as well as providing Intelcia resources dedicated to the project. Finally, Intelcia supports The Moroccan Magic, a social enterprise specialized in the marketing support of cooperatives. Intelcia has created an online commerce platform for this company which gives greater national and international exposure to products from cooperatives.

The last pillar of this celebration is Transmission. Intelcia has initiated the production of a book chronicling the major milestones in the Group's development, its strategic choices, the opportunities and challenges it has faced. The ultimate goal of this book is to pass on to the younger generations, to entrepreneurs, an inspiring success story. In other words, contributing to conveying a Moroccan success story to the world, and more particularly to the African continent, in a spirit of South-South cooperation largely inspired by the dynamics pioneered by Morocco.

The book will be available very soon. The Group is planning numerous initiatives with the student and business communities to share the lessons learned from these 20 successful years.
