Madrid, June 4, 2025 - Forbes has once again published its list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Spain, including Intelcia in the ranking for the fourth consecutive year. This distinction, which includes the 100 best valued companies to work for in our country, is the result of the annual analysis carried out by the magazine in collaboration with the Sigma Dos entity.
Intelcia has a team of more than 6,000 people in Spain -40,000 globally spread over 88 sites in Europe, America and Africa- and as a company focused on people, the Talent area directs its efforts and initiatives to promote both internal talent and professional growth. As a result of this commitment, Intelcia launched the "Power In" project in 2024, an action plan that seeks to recognize, develop and empower the company's internal talent. Since the launch of Power In, Intelcia has invested more than 500,000 hours of training with Intelcia University and its High Potential program, boosting leadership among its professionals and training them in new skills to reach their full potential. As a result, 80% of Intelcia's vacancies are filled through internal promotion.
Ana Cartón, Chief People Officer at Intelcia Spanish Region, says: "The Employee Experience is one of our strategic pillars as a company. All the initiatives promoted by Intelcia's Talent area are aimed at the satisfaction and well-being of our teams and revolve around three key areas: flexibility, professional development and motivation. Being part of the Forbes list of the best companies to work for, for the fourth consecutive year, is a reflection of our commitment to building a people-centered culture.
Likewise, Intelcia is dedicated to promote technological innovation not only in the processes of its customers, but also in its own internal processes. In this sense, Intelcia's employees have automation tools and Generative Artificial Intelligence -such as the virtual assistant AVI.2 - to make their day-to-day work more efficient, freeing themselves from operational functions and dedicating their time to more complex, creative and strategic tasks that allow them to grow professionally.
The analysis carried out by Forbes and Sigma Dos to evaluate the candidates includes an extensive survey answered anonymously by the employees of each company, which takes into account different indicators such as employee well-being, work climate, flexibility, measures promoted by the companies to promote work-life balance, as well as corporate social responsibility initiatives that favor a suitable environment for professionals and their development.
